The Winonan

Erin Jones
Erin Jones works as the current copy editor of the Winonan. She is in her first year as copy editor, after having been a news reporter for the Winonan. The Winonan is the first newspaper Jones has worked for.

Jones is currently in her fourth year at Winona State University, and is majoring in Mass Communications: Journalism and minoring in Criminal Justice.

In addition to working at the Winonan, Jones is also the secretary for Winona State’s Society of Collegiate Journalists and a radio host on KQAL, the university’s student-run radio station. When not at work, Jones enjoys spending time with friends and family, obsessing over mermaids and making late-night Target runs.
