Amelia  Zent (She/Her) is a second-year Advertising and Organizational Corporate Communication major with a minor in Public Relations at Winona State University, and she is a photographer for The Winonan during the 2025-2026 academic year. 

She is new to The Winonan this year in hopes of gaining further experience for her side business, Amelia Bee Photography, and to work for a cause higher than herself. In the past year, being a first-generation student has taught her the importance of experience and what it takes to make higher education count. If she’s not capturing the moment, you can find her upcycling pretty much anything or spending time with those she holds dearest. Her goal at The Winonan is to strengthen her storytelling skills through visual appeal alongside articles that broaden the perspectives of both students and Winona as a whole.
