The Frozen River Film Festival (FRFF) returned to Winona from Feb. 6 to 13 for its 17th year. The FRFF received more submissions this year than ever before running up to its return to in-person programming. In one week, FRFF delivers more than 80 films from 30 different countries, workshops and Q&A opportunities with directors, all integrated throughout the Winona community. The festival is especially unique in that it is an all-documentary film festival.
